12/6/2023 0 Comments Kings drinking game rules for kids![]() I've never played this game with more than 15 people, so not sure how successful it will be. My high school is fairly small, 7-12 kids in each class, so it was really easy to play with them. Rather than the penalty be drinking, the kids were to form a sentence using least one word that I wrote on the board. Everything else, we can refer to the rule sheet as we go. There are too many cards for them to remember every single rule, so I told them that the only ones they need to remember are the Ace card (where everyone must stand) and the 7 card (where they put both of their arms up). We practiced the rhymes, categories, making a rule, thumb master and questions so they can be familiar with it. ![]() After I wrote them down, I explained to them that each card has a role and went through the role of each one. I started the class by asking the students to give me 15-20 English words that I wrote on the board. ![]() You will need a deck of cards and the rules sheet. Feel free to change the rules to accomodate your kids or however way you're familiar with playing this game. My kids had such a great time, I thought I'd share. I recently played Kings Cup and was reminded of how fun it was, so I thought of a way to adapt it into class and made it a conversation game.
